Kit suggestions for wireless alarm?

An elderly friend asked me to installed a house alarm in their small home. Ive installed a Napco house wireless alarm in my home about 2006 (when I joined forum LOL) but technology has improved much since then. Can you suggest a wireless house alarm kit and where to purchase onliine for a DIY install? It would need to support the following.........

keypad (simple push button with sound alarm)
Outdoor Siren
11 sliding windows/doors sensors
1 front wood door sensor
1 garage door sensor
2 Fire sensor
1 CO2 sensor
2 keyfob
Battery backup
NO monitoring service wanted
No cell phone access or monitoring required.

Thank you for the help!

That's actually a fair number of devices to configure and install. I would suggest looking at the Honeywell wireless products. They are fairly DIY friendly, and the parts are widely available.

As MrRonFL said, take a look at the Honeywell wireless products.

I just put a Vista 21ip into my home and I like it, it was easy to do, easy to program and it was priced very well.
