Suggested smoke/co setup in house
I currently have a hardwired smoke detector on second floor and two battery operated independent smoke detectors in basement and first floor. I am coming up on end of use date on the upstairs detector so I am looking for replacements that will use the wiring available but interconnect wirelessly to first floor and basement. I am also looking for combo units (smoke and CO detection). Suggestions? Thanks

Kidde/Firex is kinda the 800 lb gorilla in this area; and they do make units like you are describing:
