DSC PC5132 issues

Hello... I have DSC 1832 panel with PTK5507, PC5132-433, and EnvisaLink 3. All wire directly to the panel Keybus. 4 WS4945 door contacts in zones 4-7 and a DSC WS4916 on Zone 8.

Zones 4 and 8 work correctly. Zones 5-7 transmit to the PC5132 (blinking red light when open and close) but show close on the keypad when open. No trouble codes.

Now I have replaced the PC5131(v5.1), WS4945, and DSC 1832(v4.6).
I used 22G 4 wire 110 ft total.
Using DLS-5 to program.

Tomorrow I will rerun the keybus wire to the PC5132 and see if this solves my problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

First thing to check: is the wireless attribute set for those zones in programming locations 105, 106, & 107. The receiver can be getting the signals, but without those attributes turned on, the system doesn't know to look for the zone changed in state from the wireless input.

Yes Sir Mr.Ron.
All Wireless Attribute Option 8 are check and turn on. I have not pulled a new wire yet for the Keybus to RF receiver yet (hopefully tomorrow). But for one-day; zones, 5-7 which are WS4945 showed closed ( no matter if open or closed) and then the next day the trouble light appeared (Zone Fault) and 5-7 showed open (all are closed). Zones 5-7 transmit to the PC5132 (blinking red light when open and close).
I have tried different WS4945 & PC5132-433. Also, I have reset hardware & programming.

Yes, the receiver is getting the signals from the transmitter. That doesn't mean that the receiver is communicating with the host system.

The fact that you are getting a supervision trouble for those three transmitters tells me that they are not properly enrolled or not communicating properly. The fact that you have 2 devices that seem to work correctly leads me to think that there is a configuration error somewhere in the other three transmitters set up/programming.

So I have replaced Keybus wiring with no luck. Also, have removed all zones and have reinput one zone just for testing. I used the previous know working zone, Zone 4 and tested all is working.... and removed it.... and now I have Installed the previous zone 7 on Zone 4 and does not work.... same as before... installed the same way as previous know working zone... ****Figure it out**** I was not inputting Hex but the Serial # .... for the Wireless .... That's why some work and some didn't .... the ones with the same S# as the Hex# Worked the one's With Different did not.
Thank You, Mr. Ron, sometimes just be able to talk it out with someone makes the difference!

Remembering that shift to change to HEX characters has tripped up many installers. Glad you got it caught.
