DSC PC5132 issues

Hello... I have DSC 1832 panel with PTK5507, PC5132-433, and EnvisaLink 3. All wire directly to the panel Keybus. 4 WS4945 door contacts in zones 4-7 and a DSC WS4916 on Zone 8. Zones 4 and 8 work correctly. Zones 5-7 transmit to the PC5132 (blinking red light when open and close) but show close on the keypad when open. No trouble codes. Now I have replaced the PC5131(v5.1), WS4945, and DSC 1832(v4.6). I used 22G 4 wire 110 ft total. Using DLS-5 to program. Tomorrow I will rerun the keybus wire to the PC5132 and see if this solves my problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Read More

Vista 20SE phone not working

I have a Vista 20SE that had been working for years. All sensors and keypads continue to work fine. I needed to change telephone connections. Now when I connect incoming telephone line to Terminals 23 and 24 the telephone line goes dead, even without connecting the handset to 21, 22. Is there a module in the Vista 20SE that I can replace to make the system work or is it that I did not connect the handset to 21, 22? Read More
