dsc PC3000RK keypad does not work

My keypad in the detached garage does not register the keys. looks like the keypad needs replacement. How do I removed the keypad? I see no screws.

Perhaps the following will help

You could try cleaning any internal connections with electronics cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
Just make sure all the solvent has evaporated before reconnecting them.

The DSC PC3000 has been out of production for a long time; so, short of a lucky find on something like Ebay, there's not going to be any repacements.

That said, if you look around the bottom edge of the keypad, you will see a couple of small slots that a small flat screwdriver will fit in. Pushing those in will release the clips that hold the face to the back plate. Be careful, as the plastic is likely a little brittle, at this point. You may be able to lift off the rubber key membrane, and clean the contact surfaces with a cotton swab and some alcohol, or contact cleaner, to coax a little more life out of the keypad.
