Vista 10se not arming after power cycle

I have a Vista 10se that is not monitored, had it for years, had to change a battery in one of the door sensors, initially I got a LC code, so powered down and back up. Now pad says ready but won't arm, nor can I get any other function to work? When working to arm for away all I had to do is hit * and away key. MrRonFl and ideas please?
Many thank

LC isn't a valid trouble code. Could it have been "FC"?

In any case if you have a ready light does it arm with the code + arming command? ([Code]+2 or [Code]+3)

The quick arm function is actually # + command...
