I service and install a lot of cameras and don't believe I've ever seen that model before.
The closest I've seen to that is an Axis camera. Do an image search for Axis PTZ cameras.
Axis makes some expensive cameras.

Have you gotten up there on a ladder? There appears to be a name visible in your picture. There may be model information printed somewhere as well.

I wouldn't be able to do that its not on my property. I've contacted the company that streams out video from this camera (I subscribe to their service Railstream) but they never reply back.
