Concord "security Pro" Master Code ?

I've accepted responsibility for a residence with a GE Security Concord System monitoring intrusion, motion and smoke.

The Manual I've received has "security pro" hand written on it.
It lists the following part No. 60-792-01-95R, 60-734-01, 60-801-01

Also, 466-1513-01 Rev F
June 2004. [ "2806" penciled in here]

We are able to arm and disarm the system for Away and Stay using a 4 digit code.
However, the monitor wants us to "reset time and date" but will not accept any codes to access the change.

One might think that the "2806" penciled in would be a master code, but it does not work.
BTW, the previous operator, and I think installer is presently on the lam in India. So, not much luck there.

GE Security, of course, has passed into other hands.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

"Security Pro" usually makes me think that this system may have been handled by a ADT dealer (it's one of their common nomenclatures).

You can websearch using the phrase "ADT installer code", and one of those may get you in to the system to do what you need; but it is possible that this was a local dealer who set it to their specific code; in which case, short of a lucky guess, it's easier to simply start from scratch, with a new motherboard. There is no "back door" on Concord family systems.
