Radionics lockout codes

Anyone familiar with how these work.

I'm trying to do a cutover of a newer Radx panel, but I cannot get into programming because of some "unknown" lockout code. The 5800 programmer holds 50 codes [using 9000 Main handler] and I have already tried about 70 different codes most of which the previous company stated were their codes, to no avail.

Is there a primary and secondary that need to match? Do leading 0s make a difference?

I know that you can/could get "code crackers" for some panels but, not sure if Radx is one of them.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Radx.... like Radionics ?
The programmer is a D5200.

I have access to older handlers.... not much new.
I'd need a panel model number.

Datalock is a 6 digit code set when programming.

Yes, D5200 programmer.

I believe the enclosure shows the panel to be a 9412, but a couple of techs think that is incorrect stating that the 9112 handler is supposed to work with that panel: It does not.

I was using the 9000 Main and I was not getting rejected for the incorrect handler.

Not sure what Datalock code is -- I believe the term that was used was Lock or Lockout code.

Not familiar with the 5800, but that is explained here. As stated by others, a programmer is required. Additionally, programmers may load a code to the panel which prevents a programmer without that specific code from accessing the panels programming.

Interesting info on that Honeywell 5800 panel & link.

Message that the programmer shows when trying to access the panel programming.

This is a note from the programmer manual. Not sure why there are four different types of lock codes.

Bosch is finicky.
Here's a biggie..... some of those older panels have button cells to hold programming.
If the battery gets low or dies.... the panel is shot.

There is the D9412, D9412G, D9412GV2. D9412GV3, D9412GV4.
As far as I know... you must use the correct handler and they are no longer available for download.
The guy I work with has been working with Bosch alarms for probably 30 years.
I can get you programming help but I must have the exact panel model number.

Bosch/Radionics is unlike any other company. They have never shared any of the same programing methods used with Honeywell or any other companies

Thanks for the offer PJ. My only issue is accessing the programming. I need the correct lock code from that panel to add to my list of lock codes so that I can get into programming and add my account and central station numbers. Otherwise, I will need to put it on a Telgard TG-7FS.

It shows that it is a 9412 and I should be able to access programming with the 9000Main handler once I know the code.
