I moved into a newly contructed home in 10/99. An excessive amount of cold air is coming from the area of the base boards.
The home was suppossed to be well insulated and I believe it is except for this.What could be causing this and how can it be stopped?

Energy Usage, Conservation and Weather Stripping
What Stripping Replacement Is Easiest, But Efficient?

I have to replace the weather stripping for a one car garage. I know I can get it in the brown color my townhome is. I also feel I better replace the weather stripping on the garage door bottom. I want to do this myself. I have until June 15th to do it. What type of garage door weather stripping is recommended for a reasonably simple replacement job. I have never done this and cannot afford to hire someone to do this. What is your recommendations?
