Cold, Cold, Garage

Our Garage is very cold, we have put weatherstripping on the door and the door leading into the house. The problem is the two bedrooms above the garage. Both rooms are very cold (especially the floors).
What should we be doing to fix or help this problem?

Common problem everyone has with rooms above an unheated garage. About the only thing I know of that can be done is to insulate the garage ceiling.
This will only help some, since the heat in the rooms above the garage naturally raises to the ceiling anyway, leaving the floors cooler as in any room.
Then that condition gets compounded by a cold garage with cold insulation. Time to get out the warm slippers my friend.
