Sealing a draft in sliding door

I have a sliding glass door that leads to a patio. Problem is, there is a draft that comes in from the bottom, with the resulting heat loss & ice buildup. Last winter the problem was so bad that the door would actually freeze shut. Is there a kit I can buy to seal this draft? I can cover the whole door with a plastic shrink kit which the previous homeowners did, but it's unsightly & inconvienent, as I won't be able to open the door. Any suggestions?

I have 3 sliding doors that face a strong northwest wind. They all leak, especially during a “Nor’easter”. The wind is so strong sometimes, that the movable and fixed panels separate because of the wind pressure.

Any suggestions on how to plug up the air leaks would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ken-LI
