I am trying to remove silicone caulking from a plastic bathtub surround. I have dug out as much caulk as possible, now I would like to clean up the remaining bits. What will clean off silicone caulk residue but not damage the plastic surround?? Acetone nor paint thinner do not seem to work.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

There is a product that will remove caulk. I believe 3M makes it. It is called caulk remover. You place this goop on the caulk wait a couple of hours and it will break it down. Try you local hadrware store.
Hope this helps,
