we have solar panels on roof of house that we purchased recently. they are supposed to be connected to electric hot water heater. We were told to turn off hot water heater for aday to see if they worked. They did not.Is there anything we should look for before we call someone to see if they can be repaired?
Thanks if you have any suggestions!

Solar Panels?

Do your solar panels provide electricity for the rest of your house or soley for your water heater? Usually solar collectors are used to heat water, not solar panels. If you have solar panels and they do not seem to be functioning correctly, there can be numberous reasons why they are not providing peak power.
