I want to install a attaic fan. My exhaust cut out (front of the house) has a support beam going right through the center. What should I do ??? This is a townhouse and I'm am limited in my construction.

I'm assuming you either have ridge vents, gable vents somewhere else in the attic and/or roof vents. If you only have ridge vents and you want the attic fan, then you either have to install a gable vent of roof vent. An attic fan can attach to either of the vents.
