blower/motor belt alignment

my tradewinds motor seized up ,with starter windings blown.i believe its due to pulley missalignment.when i installed the new motor i noticed it is off center or rather it isnt in alignment with the blower pulley.all i can imagine doing is adding washers to one of the two mounting bolts on the motor. any suggestions from a pro?
