Recommend Digital Programmable Thermostat
Hello I have almost installed my home heath and cool, I have a Rheem Gas Furnace and a Evaporative Roof Cooler like the Champion with pump on and off and fan low, high and off.
Is there any digital programmable thermostat that can work with the cooler? If it could be used for both the cool-only and heat-only will be even better.

Welcome to the forums.
There may not be a single thermostat that will control both of those units directly. You may be required to use relays to integrate the evap cooler.
It may be more cost effective to go with two separate thermostats.
Can you post the model number for the evap cooler so I can check out its wiring ?

You can add a 3-way house light switch next to the heating cooling thermostat to use the existing hvac stat for your cooler but it would only be able to work on one speed. I have set up a few houses like this.
You would use the 24 volt power from the furnace and install a relay in a weatherproof box either inside or outside of the cooler.
