Motor cycles on and off in low speed
I have 2 evaporative coolers that both cycle themselves on and off when on low. Both work fine on high. Could this be a problem with their capacitors? Thanks in advance!

It would be doubtful the caps in both units would be bad.
Did they both run continuously in the past ?
What model units are these ?
