Residing Question - 2 layers of Tyvek

My house got hit with Racketball size hail last fall. I've got the roof replaced already. Now the guys are going to start residing the house. The house is 4 years old and was orignally wrapped in Tyvek.

My question is should I have them remove the old Tyvek and replace it with new? This is the same crew that did my neighbors house and they put another layer right over the existing Tyvek. I've heard this can be bad for a house because it will not allow it to breath and can could cause mold problems. Any thoughts / ideas would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!!

Is the tyvek torn? If it isn't there is no reason to apply another layer. I suppose a person might be concerned about all the nail holes, but will they seal the 2nd layer tyvek around every window and door opening? If not, then it would be rather pointless, in my opinion.
