Exclamation Wood framing under wood siding rotted

I live in a 1980 mobile home where the rain runoff rotted out the whole back side of the house. We started cleaning away all of the bad wood siding and realized the the bottom frame board that runs left to right is also all rotted out. We thought we'd be able to put up a gutter then just put new t-111 up and paint. Now where do we even start to fix this problem?

Welcome to the forums! Not wanting to be the bearer of bad news, but you must get back to good wood in order to begin your rebuild. Is the wood siding an after market thing? Will t1-11 be alright as far as the window and door offset is concerned?
You can post a couple of pictures on a site such as photobucket.com and let us know the urls and we could see what you see.

If the damaged siding is original to the MH it is probably masonite
Is it the outer floor joist that is damaged? What type of roof do you have? any overhang?
