Mobile Home Skirt (replace panels)

Hi
I pressure cleaned a mobile home I have as a rental. I am very careful when I weedwack but there are some holes in the skirt panels. Is it hard to replace the panels? Thanks.

Just pull up on the top skirting band and then you can pull the individual pieces out.

Thanks, sounds easy enough. Also, there is a bay window on the front which allows a slight platform underneath. There is that cheap indoor/outdoor black carpeting. It has rotted and needs to be removed but it looks like it has been afixed somehow under the trim. Just wondering how I'd go about removing it so there's no signs of the edges remaining. I thought about just using a utility knife and cutting it out.
Thanks. Cheri

I'm not sure that I can visualize what you have but if the trim can't be removed, using an utility knife to cut and remove it sounds like a good plan.
