Question Repairing stucco hole with styrofoam under

My daughter ran into a stucco post on the outside of our garage with a golf cart. It is stucco on the outside but inside is styrofoam to make the decorative looking columns on the edge of the garage. I have read the instructions on repairing stucco for lath and plaster but can't find any instructions that mention the styrofoam factor. Is is ok to just fill in with stucco and try to follow the form of the column or do I have to replace the entire column?
Thank You

Welcome to the forums!

Is this drivet? a colored stucco

I'm not a mason but I wouldn't think there would be any problems with filling it in. Matching the stucco texture would likely be the hardest part.
