Vinyl Siding loose from starter strip
A section of my siding is loose from the starter strip and it's to low to click back onto the starter strip. Everything else looks fine. Seems odd this would happen. The only way I can think to fix this is to gain acces to the starter strip then slightly lower it and refasten. Would this be the right approach? Thanks.

Yes, they must have either ran the starter strip crooked or they didn't pull up and completely lock the first piece. A Malco Sideswiper will help you unhook the siding so that you can lower the starter strip and will also help you rehook the siding again.

A good lumber yard or hardware store will have them. Or you can get one off Amazon or eBay.
