Do I have to rewrap when I replace my vinyl siding?

My vinyl siding is 25-30 years old and needs to be replaced, do we have to rewrap the house or can we just use the old insulation and save some money? Do you recommend rewrapping for better energy efficiency?

Yes, I would recommend you use new housewrap.
