Facing corner of garage next to stone steps

We are repairing a water leak where the water has run between our stone steps and the corner of the garage. The garage is below ground level. The siding that was installed on the front of the garage next to the steps has rotted. We have removed it and have cleaned the area and created a weep system so the water will not puddle beside the wall of the garage, but will drain off the steps to the ground. Now we have to reface the front of the garage. What is the best way to protect the corner of the garage that butts up against the steps? Help!!!

Vicki, welcome to the forums and to Georgia. We talk funny here, according to my yankee friends. What would really help us to help you is for you to take a few photos of your situation and post them so we can see what you see. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html
