Matching Old Masonite with a simlar Fiber Cement Siding (Pics!)
Hello everybody,
I'm hoping that some one can help me match (or at least get a pretty close match) for this old (circa 2000) masonite siding. I only need to replace about 5 boards that are rotten. I know masonite is 'bad', but replacing all the siding on the house is not an option.
I am hoping to find some Fiber Cement Siding that matches. Is this the best material to use to match masonite?
Color is not an issue as the whole house will be painted (but a similar color would be great too).
So, does anybody know of match for this siding? Or does anyone know the best way to go about finding a match (I haven't been successful thus far)? Any tips, ideas, or suggestions would be great too!
This siding is 8 inches tall and about 5/16inch in thickness
I'm located in Knoxville, TN if that makes a difference to anyone.
Thanks in advance!
