Can I cover or paint brick exterior?

I could use some suggestions on the best way to give this house with white brick and biege siding a new look at the lowest cost possible. Can I cover the brick with stucco or faux stone? Should I paint the brick and then replace the siding? This all came about when our window box fell off, and we decided it's time for a facelift!

Welcome to the forums!

Any of those choices will work, you can even cover the brick with siding. Basically you need to decide what look you want that will fit with your budget. Priming/painting the brick is probably the cheapest option.

I was reading a bunch of posts about moisture between the brick and siding. Should I worry about that?

I'm not sure what you mean Brick is laid with a space between it and the wall and often has weep holes at the bottom. There should be a flashing between the brick and any siding installed above it.
