Identify siding profile

I'm trying to identify this siding. Currently removing existing vinyl siding only to discover this siding under it. We like the profile of the siding so we don't want to replace it. Some bottom sections have rotted so it needs replacing. Since the house was built about 40 years ago I don't know if it is possible. It is 4x8 panel siding 12 oc. I have never seen this profile and haven't had any luck in identifying it from different manufacturers. So I'm hoping someone can share their knowledge of the type it is and where, if possible, it may be obtained from. I'm in Houston, TX if this helps any.

It looks alot like Truwood FourEight cottage lap siding. But it is 12" planks, not 4x8 sheets.

If I had to guess it would be "board and batten T-111".
Most often if the bottoms rotten it was installed to low to something, deck, grade, stoop.
It should have been at least 6" above any solid surface.
