Ok I got kind of a strange issue or maybe not a issue at all so here is the scoop :
on one side of my house that is near another one & is shady & doesn't get much sun heat like other sides due to the other house shading it. I noticed some water drips coming down the siding on the bottom of some of the panels i notice little small very tiny holes through randomly & small water droplets are coming out of & at the top where the gable vent I noticed one ice icicle there note no where else is this occurring.
So any advise on what might going wrong here or if anything I need to be concerned about?

Going to have to guess because you did not tell us and there's no pictures, vinyl siding?
Could be a whole lot of different issues.
Vinyl siding has those holes so any condensation can drain.
If there's that much there may be other issues;
No house wrap.
Lack of proper insulation and venting in the attic.
No enough over hang on the shingles, no drip cap on the fachia.

I apologize for not providing further details :
Yes its vinyl siding & no under wrap was done prior to 2002 code - so again no wrap & shingles are over hang - attic looks ok, insulation is covered all over the floor of the attic venting I have a "wooly worm" and 2 gable vents one on each end.
Now the one mentioning of ice icicle it wasn't huge icicle or anything so I basically paid it no mind. & the droplets are coming out of the vinyl siding weep holes I think there is like 5 droplet lines across that side.
Again no other sides are doing this, nothing has changed that i can think of? I have a bathroom exhaust vent but it has always been there.
Weather wise, its been really cold here - we are getting like 40s in the day & low teens in the night sometimes as low as 11 degrees.

Probably just frost dripping out whenever it gets warm enough to melt. Your house is warm and it's cold outside, so it's bound to frost up on the back of the siding... that's why vinyl siding has weep holes, to let water out when it gets behind. Too bad the dummies didn't have the brains to put a wrb behind the siding, any smart contractor who gives a hoot really doesnt need a code to tell him that's not something you want to omit.

I agree & that is how it was when purchased - however tho I plan on pulling all this new siding off & having it done by the pros.
& that is great news that its normal whew I was hoping it wasn't nothing huge going on.
