Covering Exposed Foundation?

Covering Exposed Foundation?
I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for covering exposed foundation. I have seen plenty of ideas searching online, but at my house, the exposed foundation is in the front of the house... so the landscaping ideas won't work here. I also need something that will actually look good with the color of brick that is on the house. I'm sure it is probably not meant to be covered but I really hate how it looks... Any ideas or thoughts would be great.

What is it now, block, parging?
Has it been painted?
They make Faux brick cement panels that could be attached to the walls.
Any real siding company should have samples.
No one knows where your because there's no location in your profile but I know Lansing Building Products and ABC Supply sell it.

Thank you. I am located near Cincinnati (I am new to this website, so I havent quite updated my profile yet.) It has not been painted. I will have to look into the faux brick cement panels.

Another option would be stucco. It can be colored when applied to any color you like.
I wonder why they didn't use brick all the way, at least on the front façade....wonder if the drive area was lowered after the house was built....

There are a lot of houses built like that around here although most have the ground slope away in the back so the front appears to be all brick. Most of them have the block painted either to match the brick or some other part of the house.

I'd be taking a look at how to change that down spout that runs across the face of the brick and have it somehow drain on the right side.
