New to Florida/Stucco

Just purchased a foreclosure that need cosmetic work in Wesley Chapel . For patching/repairs to the stucco finish (2002 house , standard builder quality) what is the best product/method so it blends in and doesn't looked like a patch . Have lived in brick/siding house in NY previously .

You might want to post a pic of your stucco - http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html

I used to live in fla and have painted miles of stucco. Is your house wood framed? or is it stucco over block? Just what needs to be repaired?

Looks like all of your technical questions scared him off. Or maybe he began to realize the difficulty of trying to match a stucco home's color and texture when making small repairs on it.

Sorry , was just working several open to close at my job , and with two year old twins at home its super hectic . Just need to patch some corners , and a few holes when removing old unused cables , pipes etc . Should be able to match color though the HOA , just a bit of difference due to fading of course .

Cable holes and minor cracks can probably be filled with caulking but we'd need pics to know just what needs done with the bigger stuff.
