Is this masonite siding?
Going to do some work on my house and I am trying to figure out if this is Masonite soding or T1-11 or something else. Some of the panels are rotting at the bottom and I need to fix or replace.

I'll take photos when its daylight. On masonite panels, how do you remove them from the home without destroying it? It was suggested that I take a panel off to see if there was a stamp.

No need to see a stamp. If you pull it off, you'll destroy it and have to replace it. Repairing damage to the bottom could be simple, so we'll wait on the pictures. We can tell what it is by looking at the damage.

Im working late hours so I leave before the sun comes up and after it sets at night. I need the stamp so I can file a warranty claim and get new materials.
I went to a local lumber yard today and located Reverse
Board & Batten Masonite. This stuff was made by LP but is exactly like what I have in all details. Guy at the counter says it comes up as Masonite Siding in his computer. They apparently don't sell much of it.
