Hanging a wire trellis on concrete siding

Hi

We would like to install a wire cable trellis on our standalone garage. The garage is covered with concrete siding (pretty sure it's Hardie Plank). How should I mount the trellis to the Hardie Plank to make sure it's secure?

Also, do I need to worry about water and if so, what would you put around the base of the trellis mounts?

The trellis we're thinking about: https://www.jakob-usa.com/green-walls/

Thank you!

Is there strand board or wood sheathing under the cement siding?

I'm not sure. The house is in Seattle and was built in 2006. Perhaps that helps if there was something widely used at the time.

If I had to bet I would say it's strand board.
