Paint touch up

Hi all, we finally had our stage 2 water restrictions lifted here in the Chattahoochee River basin in GA. So I'm pressure washing my vinyl sided house. The house is 16 yrs old and some paint has flaked off the metal trim pieces covering fascia boards. Bright white. What paint(spray?) is good to use to touch up these areas? I've used the gutter spray paint in the past but it has proven to not be a good color match.

I'm also interested in possibly repainting the factory white finish on the gutters. Recommendations?

Generally when the paint starts coming off of aluminum it's past touch up time and needs to be completely painted. I normally use a quality latex paint on aluminum siding/trim. If you weren't successful in removing all the chalk from the aluminum you'll need to add Flood's EmulsaBond to the first coat of latex paint. Latex paint can also be used to change the color on clean gutters.

Thanks for the reply. The paint is only off a few areas where I was a little too intense with the pressure washer in the past. I guess the metal is aluminum, is that what they typically use to trim out these vinyl sided homes?

They can be trimmed with either aluminum or vinyl but IMO aluminum looks better.
