Help with exterior basement coating

Image here

Hi! New homeowner here, need some help with some issues on our exterior. If you look at the image you'll see that the coating/insulation/covering on the outside of our basement walls has gotten torn up. I've tried a Google search, but, as you can maybe tell, I'm not really sure what terms to use to find what the fix should be. How/with what product do we fill these holes?
Any help is appreciated!

That looks like stucco [parging] Basically you'd scrape off all the loose and apply another coat. The big box stores often sell premixed bags [just add water] of stucco mix although mortar mix would also work,
