Vinyl siding ID - installed in 2017 Double 4"

My son has some vinyl siding with a stamp of RT14616232909 Wedgewood on the back. It was installed last year. Any ideas on identifying the manufacturer of this siding and other info that is buried in the code.
Thank you

Welcome to the forums.

Can't you contact the original installer ?
A picture of it may help too...... How-to-insert-pictures

Wedgewood is the color.
Never made any since to me that manufacurers did not just print there name on that hem.
I used to have to carry a whole stack of factory samples to match up siding.
I've never had any luck trying to use those numbers to find it.
It can be tricky, you need the exact same brand, embossing, and locking hems
Sometimes I'd end spending a whole day riding around with a short sample starting out local and working my way out to my supplyiers trying to find it.
In your case you may be in luck doing as suggested by asking the builder if you can since it's so new.

I would start with an internet search of who carries the color Wedgwood. Looks like GP, Plygem, Norandex. The number is pretty much meaningless. Do some looking, buy a piece to use as a sample... see what you find. No way for us to match it when we are 1000 miles away and can't see it.
