Cutting asbestos siding - in place?

I need to make a small cut to some asbestos siding that is already on the wall. (I知 pretty sure this product contains asbestos but i知 not positive. Regardless, I値l be taking the proper precautions, wearing an approved dust mask and disposable clothes. I値l also keep the material wetted down). I need to cut a notch in the board 6 x 2.
I have tried to score it with a utility knife but it is hard like glass.
I was thinking that a diamond coated oscillating tool would create the smallest amount of dust and the least airborne dust. I値l keep a steady stream of water dripping on the location of the cut.

The house is very remote so no neighbors to worry about being impacted by dust as well.

If anyone has recommendations or a better way to cut it, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Yep, a diamond oscillating tool is probably better than a grinder and diamond blade.
