Window caulking

I looked at some old threads and see many types of windows and where to caulk but I don't see where it mentions NOT to caulk. I read somewhere about a weep hole but just not finding it. Should I caulk all the way around? Hopefully, the picture loads.

It either doesn't have weep holes or someone already covered them up for you with the trim.

Sorry for delay

Sorry, it took awhile to get around this. Yeah, definitely no noticeable holes there and doesn't look like anything covered up. Maybe the design is just meant to drain water past the screen? Anyway, if that's the case, I'm guessing it's good to apply a bead all the way around with no issues?

Thanks again.
