Manufactured/mobile home skirting installation

I need to replace the vinyl skirting on my manufactured home that sits on top of a concrete slab. I could not find a youtube video of someone installing skirting on a mobile home that sits on a concrete slab, so that's what brought me here. I'm not that handy, so i starting looking up how to nail into concrete, and from what I found is that there are several different types of hardware/tools/fasteners for different applications. So my question is, what is the best fastener and tool to use for nailing the bottom rail of my new skirting to the concrete slab?

Welcome to the forums Brian!
You could attach the bottom piece the skirting sit into to the concrete with tap con screws or you could tap con a pressure treated 2x4 to the concrete and go from there. How is the current skirting attached to the slab?

Tap cons are a good option. A hammer drill is required to drill the pilot holes into the concrete.

Another option is a powder actuated nailer using number 4 loads.

Either method requires treated lumber touching the concrete as Mark has already stated. Good luck with your project.
