Hang chimes & planters from stucco

Hello all,
Hope this is the right forum. I have large wind chimes I would like to hang above my patio. Picture is attached to give an idea of size. I've also attached a picture of generally where I'd want it to go. The house is two years old and stucco. I imagine that hanging from the soffit isn't a good idea and I'm not sure what's behind the stucco that makes up the "beam". I will hang it from either spot if I can learn how to do it so I don't damage the house.

I have the same question related to planters. How to hang them given the makeup of my house.

Thank you,
Kirt

Welcome to the forums.

Are you asking about hanging items under the arch or under the soffit ?
