Shutter blown off front of brick house
We had a Shutter blown off the front of our house last week in a storm.
Shutter was attached with plastic fasteners shown the link below
Shutters Fastener
They were snapped off and the plastic part is still in the holes in the brick
What is the best way to remove the plastic in the holes so the same hole can be reused with new fasteners ?

I would say try to drill it out with a drill bit. Maybe 3/16". Or yank it out with a needle nose pliers.
