7 inch T1-11?

Hi

Most of my siding is 8" T1-11. But I have a section with dry rot that appears to have grooves with 7 inch spacing. None of the lumber stores here have even heard of anything but 4, 8, 12 inch spacing.

Did something change over the years? Has anyone ever seen or heard of 7 inch spacing in this material?

Thanks

Jeff

It might be real wood. Like a 7" v groove that is 3/4" thick.

I think your are right!! I didn't notice that it isn't a square groove. Just assumed it was t111 like the rest of the house. Thanks
