Trying to Match Norandex Woodsman Select D4
Hello everyone! I'm trying to match the vinyl siding on my house. Its Norandex Woodsman Select D4 in tan. The problem is that ABC Supply purchased Norandex and now only sells to contractors. They are also not close to me at all for pickup.
I need something close to match and am looking at Plygem Progressions in Almond. The grain pattern is very light on the Norandex.

Go to any real lumber yard (not box store) and order it your Norandex siding. They all likely can get stuff from ABC, that's how wholesale retailers work.

I did that and went to probuild but they can’t get it and the closest ABC is two hours away. Turns out not every ABC Supply stocks or can get it within their own distribution. The one closest to me offers different brands. I figured all their locations could get it being they own Norandex, but no.

More like they WON'T get it. Sounds like you just need to lean on them harder. Any ABC can get product shipped in from any other ABC... and any lumberyard worth their salt has the ability to get it, you just need to lean on them for it. Don't be surprised if it takes 3 months but they can get it. If the person you talked to is being hard to work with ask to talk to their sales manager.
