Ford 750 Torque specifications?
Hi everybody! Can anybody tell me what the torque specifications are for a 1984 Ford 750 Backhoe engine are? The engine has the following numbers: T3 D5NN6015. I don't know what the engine brand is, but I would be grateful for any help. Thanks, thehobbit1

Just to clarify....did you mean output torque of the engine...or specs on nuts and bolts?
Man...w/o some sort of engine model...I think that could be tough. It could have been re-engined in the last 26 yrs....

sorry
Sorry, I mean the head bolt torque. As to the engine, you're right about it being re-engined. Apparently, from what my brother found on the web yesterday, the D5NN6015 is a Cast # But, according to this webpage: Used Ford - New Holland Tractor Engines | Bootheel Tractor Parts - Used, Rebuilt and Remanufactured Tractor Parts for John Deere, Case, IH and Ford/New Holland Tractors :the engine with that cast# is a Ford-New Holland 6600, which would indicate that it is the original engine. The webpage says about that engine:Number:85054 FJ; Model:6600; CID: 256D; Cast: D5NN6015. So that's about all I know right now :-( Thanks, thehobbit1

The problem is solved. :-) I contacted a friend and he got the info for me. For anybody needing the info and happening on this in the future., It's done in 3 stages 90, 100, and 110. (torque all bolts !st time to 90, next all to 100, then all to 110) Thanks for the help given! thehobbit1
