Reduce water pressure for hog nipple

What do people use to drop the pressure for hog nipple waterer? I have mine hooked a garden hose and they make a mess with it. It comes out way to fast

I've never used one but if you search for "garden hose pressure reducer" you will see some options. For me personally I might McGiver something together using a household pressure reducing valve because it would allow me to adjust the pressure.

Keep ibc from freezing

We are getting some animals and I don't have water to the barn I'm going to set up a tote to fill with rainwater during the summer. The way I was going to do it it needs to be sealed so I can't cut a hole in the top. In the winter, I'm in Ohio, I will need to keep it from freezing. From what I can find I need a 1000 watt heater. dead amp gauge

My tractor sat unused for a few months while I recovered from eye surgery. The battery went dead, no surprise as it was on it's last legs anyway. I noticed after I removed the battery that the gauge was pegged on full charge - with the battery removed :confused: I just installed a new battery and the gauge is still pegged. I assume I need to replace the gauge but any ideas as to why the gauge is pegged? especially when the battery was disconnected ?? The gauge worked normally the last time I used the tractor.Read More
