Kubota L4400 Water Pump?

About a 2008 -2010 L4400 Kubota tractor. 4 cyl diesel.
Ok, out changing oil in the tractor today, got it changed & started the tractor. I noticed the shaft from the water pump out to the fan was wobbling. It first I thought it was a bent shaft. Shut off the tractor, grabbed the shaft with my hand the shaft wiggles/wobbles. Its like the bolts are loose.
From the fan, back to the water pump, there's a bell shaped metal cover with 4 bolts that connect to the water pump shaft. All of that wiggles... bolts are tight.
I used the tractor most of the day Sunday bush hogging. No problems. No over heating, no squealing.
Today, no water leaks, no squealing, nothing other than the loose shaft to indicate its the water pump. I agree that it is an indicator of a water pump going bad. But, since there are no other indications. I thought I'd run it by y'all.

Do you agree that I have a bad water pump or is there something else I should be checking prior to changing the water pump?

I agree. Sounds like the pump bearing is shot. Surprised you don't hear it rumbling.

Thing is, I dont know how long its been like that. I gave the tractor a good going over about 2 months ago. Greasing, some maintenance but I didn't catch this.
I got lucky this time. It was at home ... Could have been in the field 60 miles away.

Usually when the bearing goes bad the seal no longer holds and the antifreeze pisses out of the weep hole on the bottom of the pump.... area where the arrow is pointing.
