Question Backhoe shifted my fence

New home construction nextdoor... A backhoe hit my 6' wooden fence and now it has a "bow" in it as the posts are no longer plumb. The bottom of the fence looks OK, but at the top it is very obvious. I am soliciting suggestions on repair options to straighten/replace the posts and get the top staightened out...

Thanks very much.

yddkdd, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Have you checked to see if any of the posts are cracked or broken at ground level? I would be getting with the contractors insurance company. I am not the expert in this Forum and I am sure one or more of them will answer your post. The things I mentioned are things they will ask you though. Good luck.

The G.C. for the project next door is responsible for the repair/replacment of the damaged fence.

Yes, get hold of the General on the job next door and get him to fix it. If any posts or rails are broken, he'll have to replace them.
