Adjusting a Metal fence gate

I have a metal fence and gate. The gate no longer closes because it hits the post. Previously when I had this problem I could adjust the hinge which allows me to move the gate towards or back from the post. However there is no room left on the hinge to adjust any further. I guess the gate post has moved. How do I fix this problem and get the gate to close again?

Install a brace wire from the top of the gate post to the bottom of the adjacent post. Apply enough tension to raise the latch side of the gate. When I did this, I used turnbuckles to adjust the tension of the brace wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your project.
