how to fix air-rifles? please help me!!!!!

i have my air-rifle the problem is when im putting air on it, it has a leak, and when i found the leak and start putting some tape so it wont get out it still doesnt work..

does anyone knows how to fix those problems i really need it badly may air-rifle... please help me!!!... thanks in advance!...

Depending on age and the brand you should be able to order a rebuild kit for it. It will contain a little airbag and some o-rings.

Shotgun or rifle

At what point does a shotgun stop being a shotgun and become a rifle. In another post someone was asking about shooting slugs and a slug barell and rifled barell were mentioned. So, what makes a shotgun a shotgun and a rifle a rifle? In my mind a shotgun of course shoots multiple pellets. If you want to stretch it I could say it's a gun with a smooth bore. But what do you call a shotgun with a rifled barrel shooting slugs? Isn't it a rifle???

I just go an old Remington 11-40, I think, from my grandmother. It used to be my grandfathers before he died, and it probably has not been shot in 30 years or so. I took it out to test it, and the gun will not eject the shells. Anyone have a solution?
