fireplace in bathroom

My question is if there is any restrictions on fireplaces in bathrooms and if it is located in the wall above the bath tub. Any info would be great.

Cant say ask code there. I will say if you do it make sure you have a outside air intake built in for the flue there. Are it will pull all the heat right out of the bath on you. small room closed door need air for the flue for sure . ED

electrical

Heard of anything against the electric ingniter being above the tub. I don't think any code specifies anything but the electric is on GFCI circuit. The fireplace is in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom and all i have seemed to find is about the intake air must come in from the outside. Thanks for your help.
